Hey Everyone,
I am going to start to log my workouts. If you have any questions feel free to ask. If I am unsure about the proper names I usually make it up. My weekly goal is to workout min 4 days a week but as I have a lot of on call shifts I will add a few extra cardio workouts in over the next few weeks. I am also more accountable if I record my workout. On a side note I try to make sure my workouts don't exceed over a hour. Sometimes I will maybe workout twice a day doing a morning dose of cardio. I find if I plan a high intensity workout a hour is plenty of time.
